HP / Aalto university Project

During the time I was in I2P Course (Innovative Internship Project) My team and I had to work with the HP officer in Barcelona, Spain. The task: How to increase HP's profit in Wall decoration industry? After many experiments, brainstorming, interview and workshops. The concept: Pic Your Sound. It's a Online custom-made wall decoration service. Which could help the client to record their sound and transform it into a meaningful wall decoration. After the client record their sound, the system will automatically visualizing the voice, then the client could adjust the style, color, size and material based on their environmental requirement and preference. After install it in household, the users can scan the image with their mobile devices to reply the sound they recorded on the web.

 

An interactive mock up and numerous interviews had conducted with the target user group. The concept won the Simply WOW award during the mid term presentation.
